4 Easy Steps To Return:
  1. Within 30 days of the order date, email customer service at info@korayshop.com to request a return authorization label. 
  2. Repackage your unit in its original package (all contents come with product are requested).
  3. We can either send you a return label or issue a call tag for pick up the package and ship it back to Koray. 
  4. Your full refund minus return shipping costs (approximately $20-$30, depending on the unit and origination) is usually processed within 2-3 weeks once we receive the unit.
